How we work at Numa Homes
As part of the first step, we will schedule an initial consultation meeting with you to discover your specific needs, preferences, and budget for the project.
After the initial consultation meeting, we will provide you with your proposal and scope or works which outlines the work required, timeline, and costs for your project.
After accepting your proposal, we'll draft a detailed contract with all relevant terms and conditions. Every detail will be clearly laid out and easy to understand.
Our regular on-site inspections will take place after the project agreement is signed. These visits help to ensure that the highest quality of workmanship is being maintained.
We will update you regularly on the project's progress, identify potential issues, and address them. Regular communication helps us build trust.
